um so i think the main issue here is that not everyone can actually get to the clinic in the first place. if you are working two jobs and the clinic is only open nine to five then it does not really matter that the appointment is free. and equity is really important in healthcare because
communication, developingequity, strongethical reasoning, needs work
you spent 47 seconds explaining the problem and only 18 answering it. you named patient autonomy but never addressed the conflict with beneficence. and you finished on “because…”, so the last thought never landed.
